Nicholas & Harris Bakers
 
A large industrial bakery in the city of Salisbury employs over 100 people.
 
The standard of their building maintenance is audited annually and I was tasked with ensuring many aspects of this were kept at a high food safety standard.
 
Improvements made to their building layout and design helped increase their efficiency and boost their productivity.
 
I take pride in knowing my part played in their company improvements has helped the business grow exponentially.

Above the ceiling of the customer service desk there were many racks of tyres and other associated goods.
 
It was apparent the lack of structural support beneath the rafters required some calculations and so reinforcement was needed.
 
These works were carried out at night to minimise disruption to trade.

I was part of a small group chosen by a national builders merchants to construct a display set for their bathroom suites and door selection.

 

Not too shabby considering builders merchants pretty much have the pick of the bunch when it comes to finding a good builder or two!
